Our administration, managers and homemakers personal care givers provide our consumers with s ‘personal touch’ by actively promoting that we are all part of the Brighter Horizons ‘family’

Every consumer is visited by the president on a regular basis to insure that they are happy, and are being treated with dignity and respect.

Brighter Horizons meets or exceeds all local, state and federal guidelines for the care that we provide .
All activities are based on the consumer’s abilities and desire to participate. Although no one is ever required to be involved, we encourage our consumer’s to join in and have fun.
We work with Family First in Ashtabula to develop relief for the family .

Ever since I came to Brighter Horizons and Skills for Life I was the happiest I have ever been. I can express myself and be myself.
I have nice friends and staff that I see daily. I like coming to work everyday and keeping busy. I like going on outings. Dayhab is helping me work towards getting a job in the community.
I like coming to DayHab and working at the DayHab. I learn new skills daily, and help keep up the DayHab. Also I get to talk to my friends that come here too.
I am very busy at the DayHab and they pay well, they also take me to my other job. We have fun at the company.
My son loves the staff at Skills for Life! Everyone is pleasant and encouraging.
